Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy – Gomeds 24/7

Gomeds 24/7 connects customers with trusted neighborhood pharmacies and diagnostic labs. We are a platform, not a pharmacy, and all orders are fulfilled by our partner pharmacies and labs.

A. Cancellation Policy

1. Medicine Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled from the ‘Order Details’ screen in the Gomeds app before the pharmacy marks it as “Out for Delivery”.
  • If already out for delivery, you can refuse the delivery, and a refund request can be raised as per this policy.

2. Diagnostic/Lab Test Orders

  • Lab tests can be cancelled anytime before the sample is collected by the partner lab.
  • Once the sample is collected, cancellations are not accepted.

B. Return Policy

1. Return Window

  • Medicines may be returned only if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired.
  • Returns must be made directly to the respective partner pharmacy. Gomeds currently does not offer pickup for returns.
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours to 7 days from the date and time of delivery, depending on product-specific policies shown on the product page.

2. Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned.
  • Items missing original packaging, labels, accessories, or serial/barcode are ineligible.
  • Certain categories such as personal care, baby care, sexual wellness, food & nutrition, and healthcare devices are non-returnable unless defective, spurious, or delivered incorrectly.

3. How to Return

  • Go to My Orders in the Gomeds app, select the order, and click ‘RETURN’.
  • Select the items and provide quantity and reason.
  • Keep the product in original packaging with all labels intact and a copy of the invoice for verification.

C. Refund Policy

1. Refund Scope

  • Refunds will be processed after verification by the partner pharmacy or lab.
  • Delivery charges, sample collection charges, and platform fees may or may not be refunded. The decision rests with Gomeds 24/7.
  • Coupons used in the original purchase are not refunded as cash, but may be reinstated at Gomeds’ discretion.

2. Refund Timeline

  • After verification, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Verification

  • Refunds are subject to successful verification of the returned product by the partner pharmacy.
  • Gomeds reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud or misuse.

Gomeds 24/7 acts only as a facilitator. The responsibility for the quality, safety, and genuineness of medicines or lab services lies with the respective pharmacy or diagnostic lab.
